HTSE began with a simple observation. When a high voltage line goes down, a utility should not have to assemble a restoration from a dozen separate suppliers. We bring together the strength of two specialised companies under a single restoration brand. Hi-Tech Systems & Services Ltd.

Hi-Tech Systems & Services Ltd. was founded in Kolkata in 1989. Over 37 years it grew into a leading supplier of specialised products and integrated engineering services across India’s power and process industries, with a nationwide branch network and partnerships with OEMs in India and abroad. Its manufacturing runs on robotic assembly, automated welding and smart inspection, backed by a strong financial footing.

Hi-Tech’s ERS capability earned national recognition when PGCIL awarded it a 400 kV ERS programme across 10 substations, built in aluminium alloy on CSIR-SERC licensed indigenous technology and tested to IEEE 1070.

Supreme Exports

Supreme Exports brought a different depth: decades of manufacturing and supply excellence, agility in international sourcing, and flexible project execution across Indian and overseas markets.

The two joined to form HTSE Restorations Pvt. Ltd., uniting Hi-Tech’s engineering and automation with Supreme’s manufacturing reach. The result is one company that carries a restoration from the first drawing to the final dismantling: both modular and lattice type ERS, supply and rental, skilled crews, annual maintenance contracts and 24/7 emergency deployment.

1989 - Rooted in power T&D

Hi-Tech Systems & Services is founded in Kolkata and builds 35 years of expertise across transmission line hardware, towers and substation infrastructure, serving stalwarts like NTPC, PGCIL and state utilities.

A manufacturing base for ERS

Hi-Tech develops aluminium alloy modular and lattice ERS on CSIR-SERC licensed technology, tested to IEEE 1070-2006 and IEC 60652 and manufactured with robotic welding and automated assembly

National recognition

PGCIL awards a 400 kV ERS programme across 10 substations, confirming the company's capability to deliver precision-engineered restoration structures for the national grid.
